2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong product), return shipping is free

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer may bear the return shipping cost

7. Exchange Policy

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
